Full-time Neurology Clinic Locums Job in New Mexico | Urgent Need for Coverage Starting in Early July + Ongoing
Jackson and Coker is partnered with a large health system that has a clinic located in Northern New Mexico that is seeking a Neurologist to assist in their clinic starting July 2026 + ongoing. The facility is navigating an unexpected absence and are willing to grant emergency privileges for the right provider.
Coverage need:
* Weekday clinic coverage with flexible shifts; You have the option of 8-hour shifts Monday-Friday OR 10 hour shifts each day with 1 weekday off each week
* Clinic is closed over holidays & weekends
* Extremely rare evening calls (typically NONE unless it's a critical lab after hours)
Details for Outpatient Neurology opportunity #115511:
* Active + unrestricted NM Medical License required, must have a clean file to qualify for temp / emergency privileges
* Must be BC or truly BE in Neurology
* Schedule: M-F from 8A - 5PM or 10-hour shifts during the weekdays with 1 weekday off each week
* Support staff: Medical Office Specialist, Patient Care Assistant, RN
* Patient volume: Physician can expect to see 12-16 PPD (100% adult - ages 18+)
- New patient visits: 40 min window
- Follow up visits: 20 min window
* Program is soon to be opening a Neuro Telehealth program
* Seeking providers who can do botox injections for migraines; Preferences for EMGs but not required
