Job Description

Neurologist in Buffalo, NY

A unique opportunity for a Board Certified or eligible Neurologist has become available with Trinity Medical WNY, based in Buffalo and Western New York. This position is for outpatient care of neuro patients generated by our busy inpatient service.

Join our growing practice, with new offices under construction and available in the 4th quarter of 2025. Become part of our team of 5 stroke and general neurologists, 4 neuro critical care neurologist & 14 Neuro APPs who provide services for 7 sites in Erie and Niagara County.  We are a joint commission designated comprehensive stroke center with 2 primary stroke centers and 4 other sites as spokes. All sites use Teledoc and Rapid Ai.

Trinity Medical, WNY, is the multispecialty physician group of (Login for Information) and has outpatient offices located throughout the Buffalo-Niagara Region. Supported by a strong staff and ancillary services Trinity Medical has a strong multi-specialty presence in the Western New York region.

Key Requirements:

  • Knowledge of EPIC is preferred.
  • Recent graduated from Neurology residency or fellowship will be considered.
  • Doctor shall have graduated from an Accredited School of Medicine with either a Medical Director (M.D.) or a Doctor of Osteopathy (D.O.) degree
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Neurology
  • Current and unrestricted NYS License and DEA

 

Responsibilities:

  • Provide general neurology outpatient care for neuroscience patients
  • Participates in sharing of knowledge and expertise through in-services, staff meeting and assisting in Orientation of new personnel
  • Participate in (Login for Information) Department and Divisional activities as appropriate
  • Participation on appropriate clinical committees
  • Serves as the collaborating and supervising physician for the Neuroscience Nurse Practitioner and Physician Assistants
