Physiatrist / Physical Medicine and Rehab Physician Queens NY

$300,000+ Base Salary + Full Benefits |No Weekends

We are looking for a dynamic, motivated Physical Medicine and Rehab Physician (PM&R)/ Physiatrist to join our practice full time in the Queens area. We are a growing, multidisciplinary practice seeking a physician to join our practice that is focused on Interventional Pain Management. Join a reputable, supportive team dedicated to helping patients recover from injury and regain function. Open to Internal Medicine / General Physicians with sports medicine training and personal injury experience. Position covers 2 nearby locations in Queens and Nassau County (within ~10–15 minutes of each other).

Duties:

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients with musculoskeletal and pain-related conditions
• Recommend interventional procedures for pain management (injections, joint treatments, etc.)
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans focused on functional restoration
• Manage patients with personal injury cases
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including physical therapists and support staff
• Oversee and coordinate physical therapy programs for optimal patient outcomes
• Order and interpret diagnostic testing (e.g., imaging, EMG as applicable)
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation

Schedule

• Monday–Friday, 40 hours/week
• No weekends

Requirements:

• PM&R Board Certified/Eligible OR IM/GP with sports medicine experience licensed in NY
• Personal injury experience a plus

Compensation & Benefits

• $300K+ base (DOE)
• Medical Insurance
• 401(k) + PTO

Schedule:

• Full time (Mon-Friday)
