- 7-day coverage blocks (7am - 7am) with 10-hour shifts plus night call
- 5 - 20 patients per day
- NCC midlevel provider support during shifts
- Light night call coverage -- intensivist team handles most issues
- Procedures include vent management, line placement, and occasional LPs
- One week per month scheduling pattern
- Coordinates with case management for discharge planning
- Accepts referrals and provides consulting services
- We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
- We arrange complimentary housing and travel and comprehensive malpractice coverage
- We simplify the credentialing and privileging process
- Access to online portal for assignment details and time entry
