- Outpatient clinic 4 days per week Tuesday through Friday
- 15 - 20 patients per day with 40 new consults and 20 follow ups
- Outpatient setting
- EMG, Botox, occipital nerve injections, and trigger point injections
- Shared call coverage Friday to Friday via phone
- Paid malpractice insurance; pre-paid travel and housing expenses
- Assignment details and time entry in online portal
