Private, non-profit organization with 10 community centers that provide primary and preventative care services throughout Arizona is currently seeking a full-time BE/BC Family Medicine NP to join its Page, AZ clinic. Must be able to see all ages. Outpatient only No Call 4 10s (Mon-Thurs or Tues-Fri) This is a local FQHC that offers affordable healthcare on a sliding scale basis. Services offered include primary care, well woman care, family planning, vaccines, financial services and occupational health services.
