Job Description

- Monday - Friday with flexible schedule: 4/10s or 5/8s available
- 5 - 7 patients per day
- Residential and outpatient substance abuse treatment facility
- Health screenings and medication management services
- Experience with MAT prescriptions preferred
- Adult population ages 18 - 70
- Provides consultation to substance use disorder staff
- BLS certification required
- We provide complimentary housing and travel
- We arrange and cover costs for licensing and malpractice
- We simplify the credentialing and privileging process
- We provide first-day medical insurance and 401(K)

From $70.00 to $90.00 hourly
