Job Description

- Monday - Friday, 8 am - 5 pm with 36 patient care hours and 4 administrative hours
- 18 - 20 patients per day, 9 patients per 4-hour clinic session
- Community health center/FQHC outpatient setting
- EMR: Epic
- Experience with chronic pain, addiction medicine, and behavioral health required
- Patient population ranges from pediatric to geriatric
- Charts must be completed same day of visit
- Outpatient primary care panel management experience required

From $70.00 to $90.00 hourly
