Nurse Practitioner job located in Three Rivers, California

• Full-time, 5 days/week, 8-hour shifts with 4/9-hour option
• One evening shift per week 11pm - 9am
• One Saturday or Sunday per month
• Average 20-24 patients per 8-hour shift
• Spanish-speaking farm-working families
• Primary care including pediatric, adult, women's health
• Office-based procedures required
