Nurse Practitioner job located in California

A well-established, hospital-based orthopedic group in Monterey is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to join its high-performing surgical team. This is a unique opportunity to work closely with a nationally recognized orthopedic program while living in one of California's most desirable coastal communities. The practice offers broad exposure across orthopedic subspecialties, strong physician collaboration, and a high-quality, team-based clinical environment within a top-performing community hospital.

The practice is ideally seeking candidates with 2+ experience in joint replacement, shoulder/sports, and orthopedic spine. Candidates with general orthopedic experience will be considered as well.

The Position:

Base Salary: Up to $180,000 based on experience

4.5 Day Work Week - Mix of Clinic, Inpatient, and Urgent Care

No night or weekend call required
