Nurse Practitioner job located in Colorado

A well-established, physician-led geriatric practice in the greater Denver metro area is seeking Geriatrics oriented Nurse Practitioners to join their 12 provider group. Nurse Practitioners with Geriatrics/Adults experience in either their RN or NP career encouraged to apply.

Position:

100% outpatient role via a 4-day work week.

8-12 patients per day: wellness visits, hospital follow ups, acute illness, etc.

Average patient age of 80 with focus on complex comorbidity management.

Guaranteed base salary of $120,000-$130,000 with additional bonus structure in place.

EPIC EMR and robust support staff onsite.
