Nurse Practitioner Doral FL
We are looking for a motivated Nurse Practitioner to join our medical practice in Doral FL. We are looking for a provider who can join us on a full-time basis providing direct patient care. The incoming Nurse Practitioner should be comfortable working within an integrated setting, collaborating with a knowledgeable and well-respected team of professionals, to offer a comprehensive approach to patients with a focus on orthopedic, TBI, and Rehabilitation.

Duties:
- Perform comprehensive orthopedic, neurological, and musculoskeletal evaluations, including range-of-motion assessments and TBI screening tests.
- Conduct independent patient assessments and evaluations, determining medically necessary treatments within the NP scope of practice.
- Administer and perform injections and procedures, including trigger point injections, joint injections, PRP, and other treatments.
- Prescribe medications as indicated within scope
- Coordinate patient care with chiropractors, physical therapists, and neurologists for referrals based on evaluation findings.
- Assist orthopedic surgeons, neurosurgeons, and other specialists by performing detailed evaluations to support accurate and efficient treatment planning.
- Conduct post-operative follow-ups and manage patients who require timely attention outside of specialist availability.
Requirements:
- Graduation from an accredited Nurse Practitioner (NP) program
- NP license in FL
- We will consider recent grad NPs with strong potential and we will provide training
- Experience or interest in personal injury, orthopedic, neurological, or rehabilitation care preferred but not mandatory
- Travel between our 2 clinic locations required
Schedule:
- Monday - Friday
Total Compensation:
- Up to $130k (base salary plus performance-based bonus compensation)
