Nurse Practitioner Hospital Based job located in Florida

Hospital is looking for a Neurosurgery Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join their esteemed neurosurgery team within a well-established program.
--Be part of a skilled neuroscience team that includes 4 neurosurgeons, 4 advanced practice providers (APPs), 2 neurointerventionalists, and 2 neurohospitalists.
--Hospital Duties:
  - Manage a busy neurosurgery service.
  - Participate in 3 operative days per week, with a mix of 20% cranial and 80% spine cases.
  - Perform bedside neuro-ICU and neurosurgical trauma procedures.
--Outpatient Clinic: Engage in 2 days per week of outpatient clinic work.
--Shared call responsibilities.
--Enjoy a high level of autonomy and the chance to work on a wide range of neurosurgical cases and procedures.
--Contribute to a large multidisciplinary team in a comprehensive stroke center and Level 1 trauma center, supported by an excellent neuro-ICU, neuro-step down unit, and neuro floor.
--Experienced required.  Prior neurosurgical experience preferred. Prior surgical experienced necessary.
