Suburb of Chicago, North. Short drive to downtown or O'hare International airport. Plenty of access to restaurants & shopping or a day at Lake Michigan. Short drive to Museums, Cultural events, Music, Festivals, Professional & College sports
ROLE
100% outpatient with Work Life Balance
3 Days a week with 4th day expected in Q2 2026, or sooner
30-40 minutes per patient
8 patients per day expected until Q2, when 12
Men's Health
Report to female Medical Director
Staff includes RN, LPN, Owner
Opportunity to grow with company, perform administrative role for 2nd location

PACKAGE
$60 per hour/negotiable + Malpractice paid

SKILLS
' Able to obtain/maintain license for NP-C or PA-C in Illinois
' 1+ years experience preferred
' NP Certified or Physician Assistant Certified
