Orthopedic Surgery APP Locums Job in Iowa | Sporadic Coverage | July Start | Assignment #109245

Coverage Needs: 
--July 1 - July 7
--July 18 - July 25
--August 8 - August 18
--August 29 - September 10
--September 19 - October 1
--October 10 - October 20
--November 1 - November 10
--November 24 - December 1
--December 12 - January 1

Assignment Details:
-Reason for Coverage: Need additional support
-Privileging Timeline: 60-90 days to full privileges, Temporary privileges may be available for a July start
-Inpatient/Rounding OR Outpatient
-Responsibilities: Rounding on post-op patients, inpatient/ED consults, OR
-Total hip, knee, and shoulder replacement.  Hand, wrist, knee, shoulder, hip, ankle, and foot surgical procedures.
-Trauma injuries, fracture care, sports medicine, and other disorders.
-Facility Information: Trauma level 3, average hospital daily census 160 patients/day, “Hub” hospital serving 16 surrounding counties (~200,000+ pop.)
-# Exam Rooms per Provider: 2 exam rooms and 3 cast rooms
-Medical Imaging: YES.
-Lab: YES.
-Pharmacy: YES.
-EMR: GE Centricity for Clinic; EPIC for Hospital
