Nurse Practitioner Leitchfield KY (1 hr S of Louisville)
We are looking for a motivated Nurse Practitioner to join our medical practice full time in Leitchfield KY. Our ideal Nurse Practitioner is a team player, comfortable working within an integrated setting, collaborating with a knowledgeable and well-respected team of professionals, to offer a comprehensive approach to patient’s health and wellness goals. Job duties do include performing trigger point injections, weight loss injections, and cutting-edge injections, so the incoming provider preferably has injection experience, but we will provide training for the right candidate! Must be compassionate, caring, optimistic, self-motivated and someone who gets excited about a challenge.

We have a dynamic, well-educated team of medical professionals including a physician, advance practice provider and amazing support staff. We have a new 5000 square foot office that is being built out currently so the incoming provider will have a state-of-the-art space to provide care.
Duties:
- Patient exam/evaluation (medical history, physical exam, review pertinent med records/imaging)
- Order and review tests/labs
- Diagnosis and treatment plan formulation
- Patient education as to diagnosis, treatment options, and various modalities
- Manage patient care / case management
- Treatments- perform trigger point and joint injections, weight loss, and regen med
- Documentation and progress notes
- Collaboration with the multidisciplinary team for comprehensive patient care
Requirements:
- Graduation from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program
- Nurse Practitioner license in KY
- Experience with injections a plus but we will provide training for the right candidate
- Minimum 1 year experience as a NP but preferably has at least 4 years’ experience
Schedule:
- Mon-Friday (8-5)
Compensation:
- Up to $125k per year (depending on experience and training)
