Nurse Practitioner job located in Lexington, Kentucky

• Weekend primarily schedule with night call duties
• Call includes 1-2 days weekly plus one weekend monthly
• Weekend call runs Friday 7am through Monday 7am
• Daily call hours 7am to 7pm
• Inpatient and OR setting
• First assisting required for CABG, AVR, MVR, thoracotomy cases
• Surgical CT, vein harvest, chest tube placement procedures
• OR, telemetry, and ICU duties included
