Nurse Practitioner job located in Maine

• Inpatient day shifts with night call coverage -- 1:4 call ratio
• 8 patient encounters expected per shift
• Post-operative cardiac surgical facility
• Independent decision making role -- first call at night
• Medical management of cardiac and thoracic post-op patients
• Expertise in hemodynamic monitoring and vasoactive drip management required
• Chest x-ray interpretation skills needed
