Ashley’s Doctors / Ashley’s Aesthetic Clinic is seeking a highly motivated Nurse Practitioner (NP) with a passion for aesthetics, weight management, hormone replacement therapy (HRT/TRT), and integrative health.
This role is primarily telemedicine-based, with the opportunity to deliver high-quality, personalized care to our patients across the United States. We are looking for someone who combines strong clinical expertise with empathy and excellent communication skills to build trust and long-term relationships with patients.
Key Responsibilities

Conduct telemedicine consultations (and occasional in-person visits if required).

Evaluate patients, prescribe, and manage treatment protocols in:

Weight loss programs (GLP-1 agonists such as Tirzepatide/Semaglutide).

Hormone replacement therapy (HRT for women, TRT for men).

Preventive and integrative health.

Review and interpret laboratory results, adjusting treatments as necessary.

Document all encounters thoroughly in the clinic’s EMR system.

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team (nutritionists, psychologists, physicians).

Provide compassionate, safe, and evidence-based patient care in line with clinical protocols.

Participate in ongoing training and clinical meetings to enhance protocols and best practices.
Requirements

Active Nurse Practitioner license in the U.S.

Valid state licensure (preference for Florida and Massachusetts).

Previous experience in:

Aesthetics, telemedicine, endocrinology, or weight management programs.

Hormone replacement therapy is a plus.

Excellent communication skills in English.

Portuguese-speaking candidates are highly preferred.

Spanish fluency is also considered a strong asset.
