Psychiatric APRN Locums Job | Youth ACT Team in Twin Cities, Minnesota

Are you a dedicated Psychiatric APRN with a passion for working with youth? We’re currently seeking a provider to support an Youth ACT program for adolescents across the seven-county metro area in Minnesota.

Details/Requirements:
--Location: Home and community based locations
--Can see patients virtual to start, but must be able to transition to 85% in-person care
--Schedule: Flexible, up to 10 hours per week during business hours
--Patient Population: Adolescents ages 14–20
--Caseload: Anticipated minimum of 3 clients per week
--Responsibilities: Psychiatric evaluations, Medication management, Collaborative care planning
--Call: No on-call responsibilities
--Assignment Length: Ongoing – to be determined
--Interview Process: One virtual interview focused on youth experience and program overview
