Part-Time Locums PMHNP | Minnesota 

We’re seeking a compassionate and experienced Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner to support a community-based behavioral health program serving adults with complex mental health and substance use needs in Minnesota.

This is a unique opportunity to make a direct impact in an underserved population through a flexible 2-day-per-week schedule in a highly collaborative, mission-driven setting.

Details/Requirements:

--Two days per week- flexible on days
--Adult patients only

--Mix of evaluations, med management, and crisis intervention
--1+ years of PMHNP experience
--Active MN license 
--Conduct psych evaluations and assessments
--Provide medication management and refills
--Collaborate with counselors, case managers, and medical staff
--EMR
