Job Description
A value-based care organization is establishing a new outpatient practice in central Nebraska and is adding a Board-Certified Family or Adult Nurse Practitioner to its care team.
The role is based in a newly opened facility and offers the opportunity to help shape clinical operations as one of the first providers in the region.
Outpatient Only, M-F.
Practice has a focus on longitudinal care for patients with complex medical needs.
Providers work within a multidisciplinary team and have the ability to build ongoing relationships with an aging patient population.
Experience in Geriatrics, Home Care, or House call setting is preferred but not required.
Competitive Base Salary, Full Benefits, PTO, CME time plus allowance, sign-on bonus/ relocation negotiable.
