» Active NC license and DEA
» Schedule: Monday – Friday; 8a-5p
» Experience required
» Average patients per day: 18-24
» Outpatient only
» In-house X-Ray and Pharmacy
» Required procedures: Trigger Point Injections
» Hybrid schedule of in-office and Telecoverage
