- Wednesdays 8 am - 3 pm with hour lunch
- 10 - 15 patients per day
- Clinic setting
- Ages 18+ treatment required
- Nutritional weight loss and diabetic training
- Annual physicals
- Hospital privileges required
- 2+ years experience preferred

From $70.00 to $90.00 hourly
