- Guaranteed 32 hours/week minimum -- Monday through Friday 8 am - 5 pm
- 3-4 patient visits per day -- 30-40 minute exams
- In-home health assessments with potential for clinic and telemedicine expansion
- OR License Required
- Works with dedicated manager and scheduler daily
- EMR: Inovalon
- Must be comfortable with geriatric care -- open to new graduates
- Position focused on Medicare patients aged 65+
