Oncology Nurse Practitioner Locums Job in Oregon| Beginning 10/1/2025 - 12/31/2025 | Assignment #109960 

Coverage Needed: 10/1/2025 - 12/31/2025 

Shift Description:  
--Monday – Friday (4 days a week); 10-hour shifts 
--On call: rotation 1 in 3 or 4 for 1 week at a time (includes nightly and weekend call)

Details/Requirements: 
--Board certified nurse practitioner (prior to start) 
--Must have recent outpatient oncology experience 
--Oregon license (or willing to obtain) 
--AONCP certification (required), BLS (required), ACLS (highly preferred)
--Self-Query – NPDB 
--Clean background/no malpractice 
--DEA
--Practice setting: outpatient follow-up solid tumor appointments with patients who are on active treatment and in survivorship; assist infusion nursing staff with symptom management, pt. Evaluation/assessment 
--Average number of patients per day: 10-12 ; Outpatient: 40 for infusion, 30-40 medical oncology, 20-25 for radiation oncology, 40-50 lab draws 
--EMR: Epic, Beacon 
--Trauma Level: III 
--Patient population for coverage: adult, geriatric 
--Number of physicians in practice: 2 
--APP will not be working autonomously (supervising medical oncologists onsite and radiation oncologists onsite)
