Nurse Practitioner Hospital Based job located in Oregon

Southwest Oregon facility
seeking an Advanced Practice Provider to join our Oncology service line
--Full-time, day shift
--Four ten-hour shifts, no nights or weekends
--Paid call shared equally
--Primarily Outpatient with occasional Inpatient consults
--Services include radiation therapy, chemotherapy, medical oncology, cancer support services, clinical trials
--New 19 chair infusion room, pharmacy in house, nurse navigation, radiation oncology & lab located in the center
--High caliber, collegial, outstanding nurse infusion team
--Functions as a member of the clinical patient care team performing tasks and procedures consistent with the training and licensure of an advanced practice provider.
--Currently 1 NP Locum and 2 Oncologists in facility
--Average Rate:  $135,626.50 USD (This represents the rate for an individual with significant experience in this job in a full-time 40 hour per week position)
