Oncology Hematology NP Locums Job in South Carolina | Onsite + Call | ASAP - End of September | Assignment #114272

Coverage Needed
-- ASAP – End of September

Shift Description
-- Call Schedule: First call for patient phone calls and hospital phone calls Tuesday 4:30pm-8:00 am, Friday 4:30pm-Monday 8:00am
-- Call ratio is one rotation every 5-6 weeks and consists of rounding on patients
-- On-Site: Inpatient rounding Saturday & Sunday

Requirements
-- Board certified in Hematology & Oncology
-- Must be licensed in South Carolina (willing to accept providers needing to obtain)
-- BLS, DEA
-- Must be willing to participate in Medicare
-- Duties: Management of Bone Marrow Transplants, Blood Bank, Orders Tests and Images, Prescribe

Assignment Details
-- Adult and Geriatric patient population
-- Practice percentages: 65% benign hematology and 35% malignant oncology
-- 8 physicians in practice, 4 APPs for support
-- EMR: Epic
-- Estimated credentialing timeframe: 60 days
