Job Description
Specialty: Nurse Practitioner - Wound care Home Health
Client Name & Location:
Location is at patient home, traveling to each patient 50-60 mile radius
Tyler
Waco
San Antonio
Houston
Dallas - PLLC needed
Dates & Required Availability:
1-2 days for now, then Ramping provider
Shift & Call Details:
See patients in home for about 30 min each. 4-8 patients a day
Job Details:
- Setting: Patient Home
- Patient Volume: 4-10 (range depends on distance of patients to each other)
- Required Procedures: Wound care and application of Biologic to wound
- APP Support/Supervision: Has Medical Director as CP
- EMR: Practice Fusion
- Client Requirements: MUST have knowledge of Biologics and application requirements
- A++ Malpractice Insurance coverage.
- Weekly direct deposit and online work logs
- 24-hour direct contact with your Delta Locum Tenens representative
