DATES NEEDED Nurse Practitioner - PCPOBG

• Starting ASAP, ongoing
• 1-2 days a week to start, more will be added

• Location: Lubbock, TX  
• Setting: Patient Home
• Patient Volume: 4-10 (Range depends on distance of patients to each other)
• Required Procedures: Wound care and application of biologic to wound  
• EMR: Practice Fusion  
• Requirements: Board Certified, Active TX License
