Mission-driven community clinic seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner to provide Family Medicine and Urgent Care services to primarily adult patients (18+).

Details/Requirements:
--Part-time schedule
--Average 12–14 patients per day (max 18)
--Epic EMR
--Primary clinic location with possible float
--Must have experience or a passion for FQHC style clinical care
--Ideal candidate is FM-trained with a passion for serving underserved populations.
--Deliver meaningful care while maintaining schedule flexibility in Houston.
