* Active Texas license and DEA required
* Outpatient clinic for 2-3 days per week
* Inpatient/OR Coverage 1-2 days per week
* Total of 3-4 days of work per week
* Targeting a late May early June 2026 start
* Call not required
* Vascular experience not explicitly required as the facility is comfortable training
* No call required
* EPIC EMR
* Emergency Credentialing Available
* 3-6 Month contract is the expectation while they search for a permanent candidate
