Nurse Practitioner Hospital Based job located in Vermont

Southern Vermont facility
seeking a full-time Primary Care Nurse Practitioner 
--Monday–Friday 0800–1700 (40 hours/week)
--1:11 call rotation 
--Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care services within a collaborative and multidisciplinary medical group environment
--Independently perform medical acts in accordance with APRN licensure standards in an outpatient primary care setting
--Provide comprehensive nursing and medical care to individuals, families, and groups
--Focus on health promotion, disease prevention, and overall wellness
--Deliver leadership and consultation within the care team
--Collaborate with patients, families, nurses, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes
--Identify and address specialized teaching and learning needs of patients and families
--Provide education to support informed healthcare decision-making
--Maintain a safe and efficient clinical environment for patients and staff
--Support daily practice operations in a cost-effective manner
--Participate in ongoing professional development and continuing education
--Identify personal learning needs and establish goals for professional growth
--Work within the Medical Group, which includes specialties such as family practice, pediatrics, OB/GYN, cardiology, orthopedics, post-acute care, urology, and general surgery
--Collaborate with physicians, licensed providers, LPNs/medical assistants, and clerical staff
--Salary Range: $120,000 – $140,000 annually
--Compensation determined based on experience, education, internal equity, and market competitiveness

--Preferred: 2 years of nursing experience prior to advanced degree
--Required: Master’s Degree from an accredited Adult Nurse Practitioner program,  VT license or able to obtain,  VT DEA,  Certification as Adult, Family, or Pediatric NP,  CPR certification,  clean malpractice history
