Southern Vermont facility
seeking a full-time Urology Nurse Practitioner
--Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
--Rotating on-call coverage
--Assist the Urology surgeon in diagnosing and treating urologic conditions
--Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations and assessments
--Develop and implement treatment and care plans
--Order, perform, and interpret diagnostic tests
--Assist in urologic surgeries and office-based procedures
--Provide patient and family education regarding diagnoses, procedures, and treatment plans
--Manage post-operative and follow-up care
--Coordinate care with physicians, nurses, and clinical staff
--Adhere to universal precautions and OSHA bloodborne pathogen standards
--Work in an environment with potential exposure to blood, body fluids, and communicable diseases
--Perform duties requiring manual dexterity, patient handling, and clinical documentation
--Support departmental operations alongside LPNs, medical assistants, and clerical staff
--Practice under a supervising physician in a physician office setting
--$115,000 – $135,000 annually
--No weekends or holidays
