Job Description
Seeking a dynamic, relationship focused, experienced (preferred) physician assistant/nurse practitioner to join a successful and busy surgery practice on the campus of Henrico Doctors' Hospital in Richmond, Virginia. 50% assisting in the operating room, 50% office, including opportunity to perform minor surgery. Practice focus on surgical oncology: breast cancer and melanoma as well as general surgery.
Qualified Candidates:
Surgical assist, OR
Minor in-office surgery
Rounding on patients
Participation in practice-based call rotation
Office based patient schedule
Hospital Consults
Plans follow-up care in collaboration with the attending physician, surgeon, and other healthcare disciplines as required.
