Neurosurgery Nurse Practitioner Locums Job in Virginia | 12 Hour Shifts with Call | December 2025 - March 2026 | Assignment #110697

Shift Details:  
-- Day + Night, 12 hours per shift (night and weekend availability REQUIRED)
-- On-Call: 3 Shifts per week

Requirements: 
-- Active Virginia License
-- Certifications: AANP, ACLS, ENLS
-- Virginia DEA and CDS certification is required
-- Neurovascular experience - Highly Preferred (prefers minimal training, no new grads)
-- Required Duties: Diagnose Illnesses, Treat Illnesses, Order Tests, Interpret Test, Write Prescriptions, Coordination of Care
-- Additional Required Duties or Procedures: First response to any code stroke alert within the facility

Assignment Details:
-- Reason for Coverage: Maternity Leave
-- Practice Setting: Hospital Based
-- Documentation System/EMR: Epic
-- Number of Neurosurgeons in Practice: 3 
-- Patient Age Demographic: Adult & Geriatric
-- APP will not be Working Autonomously
-- Supervising Physician always available by phone if not present on site
-- Credentialing Timeframe: 120 days
