General Surgery APP Locums Job in Washington | Full-Time Coverage | September Start | Assignment #109418 

Coverage Needs: 
- Full-time coverage starting in September and ongoing for 9-12 months.
- Flexible between 8- or 10-hour shifts.
- Four 10-hour shifts - Saturday, Sunday, Monday & Tuesday
- Five 8-hour shifts - Saturday, Sunday, Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday 
- NO Call

Assignment Details/Requirements:
- Privileging Timeline: 45-60 days for full privileges
- Will consider Washington license or pending license
- Duties: The position involves assisting in surgical procedures, rounding, discharging and serving as a consulting clinician in the inpatient setting and evaluating pre and post op patients in the outpatient clinic
Required Procedures: First Assist on Laparoscopic, robotic and open procedures (bariatrics, gen.) Inpatient hospital rounding and pt. mgmt. Consultations, discharges, surg. Prep, pt. history. Trauma experience.
- Support Staff/Team Structure: MA and RN in outpatient setting
- Requirements: BC, BLS (AHA), Robotics and Trauma experience listed on CV
- Facility Information: Trauma level 3, >240 staffed beds
- EMR: EPIC
