Non-profit health group is seeking a passionate Women's Health Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner to join their team in Ilwaco, WA! Position Details: Full-time position Provide comprehensive reproductive and gynecologic healthcare, from adolescence through menopause. Diagnose and manage common women's health conditions, menstrual disorders, and reproductive concerns. Deliver prenatal and postnatal care (if within scope and credentialing). Conduct preventive screenings (Pap smears, breast exams), contraceptive counseling, and STI testing/treatment. Prescribe medications, order and interpret diagnostics, and coordinate follow-up care. Educate patients about family planning, reproductive health, menopause, and wellness. Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and support staff to ensure seamless, patient-centered care. Maintain accurate documentation in the Epic electronic health record system. Certification as a Women's Health Nurse Practitioner (WHNP-BC) 1and#8211;2 years of women's health experience preferred. Compensation/Benefits: Salary: $140k-$180k annually Medical, dental, vision, and malpractice coverage. Generous PTO and 9 paid holidays annually.
