Nurse Practitioner job located in Longview, Washington

• Clinic hours 8am - 5pm Monday-Friday
• Average 18 patients per day
• 3 days clinic, 1 day in OR weekly
• 7 days 24-hour call per month
• Cystoscopies and surgical assist procedures
• Standard urology procedures in clinic and OR
• BLS and ACLS certification required
