Regional healthcare provider is seeking a Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner to join their multi-specialty clinic just southwest of Lander, Wyoming. Details: Full-time, hospital-employed position Schedule: 40 hours/week (typically M-F, 8and#8211;5, and#8212; this can be flexible) Call: no call currently (Medicare guidelines followed) Average patients per day: 20+ when fully ramped up Typical procedures: Per providerand#8217;s comfort level Support staff: 1 CMA/LPN/RN per provider Practitioners: access to 3 PCPs, 1 GS, 1 OB, 1 PT ENT, 1 PT IM, 1 PT GS Experienced preferred, but will consider new grads Recruitment Package may include: Base salary around $110k (DOE) + wRVU production incentive 3k CME allowance annually Sign-on bonus Student loan repayment assistance $10k Relocation allowance 20+ days PTO Health benefits 401(k) Retirement plan Medical malpractice insurance/tail coverage Community: Set at the base of the Wind River Range, this high-desert mountain town delivers jaw-dropping scenery, endless trail access, and a true outdoor-first lifestyle where climbing, hiking, fishing, and skiing are part of everyday life.
