Assignment Details/Requirements #108051: 
-- Active Arizona license or IMLC
-- Current Board Certified, ACLS, BLS, PALS required
-- 24 hour call coverage needed
-- Call Response Time: 30 minutes, Average Phone Consults: 1-2, Patients Seen: 1-2
-- High risk/Trauma patients will be transferred to a Trauma hospital
-- EMR is MEDHOST, Average 360 deliveries per year
-- Credentialing timeline of 30-45 days, temporary privs possible
