Long-Term OB/GYN Physician Locums Job | 24-Hour Call & Clinic Coverage

Our client in California is seeking an OB/GYN provider who can cover 24-hour call shifts along with clinic and/or surgical procedures on weekdays. This role is ideal for a provider who can handle both call and clinical duties while working within a collaborative team setting that includes CNMs handling most deliveries and physicians primarily managing complex cases and surgical needs.

Details/Requirements for Assignment #108387: 
--Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (clinic hours)
--Call Coverage: 24-hour call; CNMs take first call, OB/GYNs step in for C-sections and complex deliveries.
--Patient Volume: 25-35 patients per day in the clinic.
--Procedures: Half-day procedure clinic per week (Colposcopy, IUD placement, Endometrial Biopsies, etc.).
--OR Coverage: Shared OR block every other week.
--Delivery Volume: Around 450+ per year 
--Support Staff: Medical Assistants, Medical Scribes, LVNs in the office.
--Team Composition: 2 physicians, 5 CNMs (wanting to expand)
