- 10 - 15 inhouse shifts per month
- 2 - 3 deliveries per day
- 30% cesarean and 70% vaginal delivery rate
- Laborist duties with minimal gynecology cases
- Surgical procedure experience required
- Charting completed during shift
- Potential for VBAC services in future
- We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
