- Call only coverage with 3-5 call ratio
- 15-30 minute call response time required
- Average 2 phone consults, 1 patient seen, 1 admission per 24-hour call
- 16-bed department with ~100 deliveries per year
- Low and high risk pregnancy management required
- OB ultrasounds and interpretation skills needed
- C-section decision-making and complicated delivery experience
- Multiple providers accepted for coverage
- Paid malpractice insurance; pre-paid travel and housing expenses
- Assignment details and time entry in online portal
