Obstetrics/Gynecology Hospital Based job located in Colorado

Facility seeking a locum OB/GYN for 24hour coverage
Schedule: Hospital: 8am to 8am, Clinic: 8am to 5pm,
Call Schedule:  1 in 5 day; 1 in 10 overnight and weekend.
- 20 clinic patients/day, 8 surgeries/week
- 5 OBs in group and present during coverage; 2 Mid-levels
- Lab and ultrasound onsite done by tech
- Low Risk Pregnancy - 70%; High Risk Pregnancy - 10%; C-Section - 30%
- EMR: Epic
Required procedures: 
- Low risk pregnancy - Pt’s with pre-existing problems, history of twins, history of toxemia, pyelonephritis, hyperemesis,etc. 
- FHR interpretation – NST/CST/FSE
- Routine delivery –Vaginal, low forceps, decision-making for C-section 
- Complicated delivery –C-section, breech, multiple births, abruptions, etc.
- VBAC’s 
- Repair of 3rd & 4th degree lacerations 
Preferred proceedures:
- High risk pregnancy – Pt.’s with toxemia, diabetes, Class II or higher cardiacs, chronic lung problems, chronic renal disease, etc.
- OB ultrasounds - Performance of interpretation, level 1/screening (viability), level2/targeted (anatomic)
- Office/minor gynecology - IUD, Cystoscopy, colposcopy, cryosurgery, LEEP, etc
Required: BC in OB/GYN
- Active CO lic or IMLC
- Clean background
- Self-Query NPDB pulled within the month
