Shift Details:  
*Call Only Beeper Coverage 
*Two Weeks per Month 
*Call Response Time Required: 20 minutes 

Requirements: 
*Board Certified/Eligible 
*Idaho State License or IMLC 
*Certifications: BLS, PALS 

Assignment Details:  
*EMR: MediTech 
*Temporary privileges available  
*Admissions required 
*Credentialing Timeframe: 90 Days 
*Trauma Level: 3 
*Not Required to Supervise 
*Hospital Stroke Certified  
*Patients Per Shift: 6 
*Bed In Department: 30  
*Support Staff: 5 RN 
*Office Staff: 2 
*Phone Consults: 5 
*Patients Seen: 6 
*Admissions: 3 
*Facility deliveries per year: 700
