Seeking BE/BC OBGYNs to join independent nonprofit health system in eastern Idaho. This is a unique opportunity to practice in a 1-in-4 call model at a rural CAH that prioritizes work-life balance, financial stability, and professional fulfillment and#8212; all within a supportive, patient-focused environment. 1-in-4 Call Schedule and#8211; Work one week of combined call and OB clinic every four weeks (7 days total) covering deliveries, ER consultations, and C-sections. OB Weeks: 5 days of clinic + 7 days of full call coverage for Labor andamp; Delivery (average 30 deliveries/month) GYN andamp; Womenand#8217;s Health: Flexibility to hold GYN and Womenand#8217;s Health Clinic Team-Based Approach: Shared patient management protocols and a collaborative team.
