Mission-minded organization looking to add a 4th OB/GYN to join a growing practice less than 1-hour to the Chicago suburbs.
Practice Details:
Established practice of 3 OB/GYN's with several Midwives and APRN's
Schedule: 4-day work week with flexible hours to support your preferred work/life balance
Reasonable 1:6 Call
High volume potential for incoming provider as the group had over 800 deliveries last year
Traditional full spectrum of both Obstetrics and Gynecology
Collegial group with next to zero turnover that is very interested in providing mentorship, if needed
Compensation & Benefits:
Competitive two-year salary guarantee in the $360-420K range with the ability to transition into a production model
$100,000 benefits package can include sign-on, loan repayment, residency stipend, and more
