OBGYN Physician Locums Job in Illinois | Full Time Coverage for FMLA Leave | December 2025 through February 2026 | Assignment #110121

Shift Description: Monday–Friday, 8am – 4pm 

Requirements:  
--Illinois license – highly preferred; must have IMLC LOQ in hand if no active Illinois license 
--Board Certified in OB/GYN or truly board eligible MD or DO (less than 2 years out of training and has not already sat & failed boards)
--BLS (AHA) and DEA certification 
--Clean candidates – highly preferred 
--Procedures required: EMB, Colpos, IUD, and Nexplanon insertion 
--If confirmed: provider must provide vaccination records, negative drug screening, and complete physical within 90 days before start date, professional headshot, and training modules  

Assignment Details: 
--Patient population: adults 
--Average number of cases per day: 15-18 
--Support Staff: 2 APRNs, 2 RNs, 2-3 CMAs, visiting midwifery services 
--Reason for Coverage: Coverage of FMLA 
--Number of beds: 489 
--EMR: EPIC
