OB/GYN Laborist Locum Opportunity in Michigan| 24 In House Call Coverage Ongoing |  Assignment #110462

Coverage Needed: 24 In House Call Coverage 

Schedule:  

--24 Hour In House Coverage – 4-7 shifts per month, no more often than 3 shifts in 6-day time period 

--8am-8am 

Requirements:   

--Active IL license 

--BC (OB/GYN) for at least 2 years 

--BLS 

--Procedures required: vaginal deliveries, c-sections, ectopic cases, D+Cs 

--Availability per request 

--Clean and easy-to-credential  

--Provide locum firm with vaccination records, negative drug screening, and complete physical within 90 days of start date; Also, be able to provide a professional headshot and complete online training modules 

--Required 2-3 completed professional references 

Assignment Details: 

--Practice type: multispecialty group 

--14 physicians in department  

--Patient population: obstetric, gyn, adolescent to adult 

--4-5 deliveries per 24 hours, 1-2 gyn cases depending on shift covered 

--Support Staff: 2 other OB/gyns in house, 1 CNM in house 

--Reason for coverage: physician shortage 

--90 days for full privileges 

--Number of beds: 453 

--Trauma level: 1 

--EMR: EPIC
